SHIPPING POLICIES

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping worldwide. Depending on where you live, you may be subjected to duties and taxes which is not covered by Anna Swimwear. Please keep this in mind when wishing to exchange an item, you may be charged again. You may wish to inquire with your local customs office about total charges you may incur. All International orders will be shipped from our distribution warehouse located in Hong Kong. All orders within the US will be shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse. 

*Please note that if the delivery is unsuccessful due to the negligence of the receiver, we can resend the items at the customer's expense. Anna swimwear will not be liable to provide any refunds for matters of this nature.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We will usually ship via DHL Express. Courier changes may occur depending on which service is best based on location. Please allow 1-2 days to pick and pack and another 3-7 working days for deliveries. We do not ship on weekends. Please make sure there is someone at the provided address to accept the delivery. Some couriers may or may not require a signature upon delivery.

There can be the occasional courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame. Anna Swimwear will not be liable for third party delays.
All orders are processed during business hours Monday - Friday. 
An email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed and dispatched.

*Note that we can not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternative address.
